East Coalition

SCOPE: Gas main replacement, new connections, maintenance activities, emergency metering services, reinstatement after National Grid Repair teams, supply of resource to National Grid Repair.  This contract is a coalition between ourselves and National Grid Gas, where an integrated structure ensures a 'one team' approach to improving operational performance aligned to regulatory targets.  The contract has seen an improved customer performance satisfaction level since its formation.
