Morrison Utility Services graduate scheme offers an outstanding programme designed to ensure the rounded development and learning of graduates to support individual career aspirations and future goals of the business. The scheme is sponsored at the highest level and is imperative to the success of both current and future talent.
The programme is sufficiently broad to encompass graduates with different levels and discipline of academic qualification. It is intended to provide the experience that will allow you to gain the competencies required to achieve either professional status or additional academic qualifications.
Graduates will be supported through a tailored training and development programme where each graduate will have support of a mentor who will assist on the path to professional status or academic achievement. Supporting the scheme is a dedicated and valuable team that includes; Mentors, Scheme Administrators, Line Managers and Senior Directors. All mentors undertake this role on a voluntary basis.
