Our interaction with the communities in which we work is crucial and based upon openness and honesty.  We aim to minimise any potential disruption our work may cause and we work closely with our clients and highways authorities to achieve this.

We want to promote the well-being of communities and society at large, via volunteering and our involvement with charities.  The company also engages with education and young people via schools programmes, either through direct involvement or via support for client initiatives.

Equality and respect for others are nurtured through our inclusive approach to more marginalised members of society, such as young offenders and people on probation.  The opportunities we offer are not an exercise in work experience but provide real employment for candidates who pass rigorous interviews and assessment.
